For the last few weeks while playing 3 card I will load up my side with charms, draw..win or lose..then deal, pause to load more charms and the EXISTING charms to my right side will just go away. At first I thought they went back into the vault but they do not. This is really frustrating when it eats 5 holiday wines, gold 7’s, any of my high end charms. They do cost us. I asked others and have heard it’s happening in other games. It IS random and not every deal/spin. Thank goodness. Can the TEAM look at this please.
If you load more than 4 charms into the queue the ones you loaded first should go to the bottom of the charm storage manager. This is where your overflow queue goes. They are still in the queue (or should be) but waiting to be used after the 4 that are showing on the right get used up. They should automatically fall into the the right side view when the others are used up. Check at the bottom of the charm storage to make sure they are not there. And double check your quantities of the particular charms you are choosing and see if they went back into the balance of the particular charm(s) you are working with. They are not supposed to do that though. If they are not at the bottom of the storage manager, and they did not fall back into the balance of the particular charm(s) you selected (assuming you had a balance and hadn’t used all of one type)… then you should definitely open a help ticket using the “Submit a request” option at the upper right of this screen.
Thank you. I quadruple checked every different thing before posting. I will have to submit a help ticket. TY again.
Hello @Alisa25, charms loaded into the active charm buffer are stacked behind the visible four sets. If you happen to go into the charm manager’s settings, that actually removes all the charms that were loaded and not visible, returning them back to your charm inventory. That was one of the quick ways to remove charms from the buffer without having to remove them individually. One thing to note is that 3-card poker does use up charms very quickly.
