I have checked multiple times a day since this new Help section went live and I have seen I think 3 posts. And none really were topics like you would have seen on the old Help site. Am I not looking at this correctly or is it that no one is using it so far?

I think there’s been a marked lowering of interest in CW by a lot of players, and that’s showing in the lack of participation in posts.

I agree, PB234. I used to read the Help section 3 or 4 times a week and almost always found some useful information posted by other players. Even before the new format of the Help section, new postings had dramatically decreased. Maybe the lack of interest that Jason_Des refers to in his post.

part of the issue, Is if a pc uses the app, it doesn’t recognize your login, your directed to an all white page with little graphics and no direction on proceding unless you submit a request. I’ve been trying for a month, and just figured out how to access it. I use Win10 w/all updates, i’ve noticed some things don’t work well as it comes to a close.
I don’t own a phone or a tablet, so there’s no way to compare how the redirect works. Just hope this helps a little, from an old db4 programmer.

Hello PB, Jason and Nunya. This new help section is difficult to navigate, erased all of the useful information and is yet another example of programming time, effort, resources and money that could have been used to enhance the end user (player) experience yet predictably adds another layer of useless nonsense. Kindly forgive my unenthusiastic commentary, but as a long time member, I do have hope, but disappointment prevails when every so called improvement/change/event yields a dreary regurgitation deficient of imagination seemingly oblivious to anything desirous to oh, i don’t know, fresh, fun, challenging gameplay? I should anonymize and post my true opine elsewhere lest the joy vampires punish me, again; does truth not encourage contemplation, especially in an environ such as this?
