I have been told by AUTOMTIC Message to my Inbox that I have WON (at this point SEVERAL Million Coins) BUT None have appeared in my Account. I can NOT Find any Means to collect them after the Very First Time when a button to COLLECT Winnings was Provided but that was MANY Wins Ago and Nothing Since! None of my Messages about this Definite Serios Problem has been Addressed even though I have sent Numerous Requests on this subject. Is there a Problem that is Unknown ?
Please Respond amd Address This Issue as my Patience on the subject has Evaporated. I have played Every Day Since the Tournaments Began Without Recompensation Of Winnings! My Sports Bets aren’t Paying Either!
If you are opening the Inbox message about your Tournament winnings first, the Coins are being paid out then. If you went to claim the winnings in the Slot Tournaments page after, you wouldn’t see a change due to the winnings already being paid out.
Unfortunately, They weren’t paid out even then! I watched my Coin Levels VERY closely during these periods just because I was curious. The Winnings were usually between 30 and 40 Million Coins so they would be noticeable even to me. I still play Tournaments without any hope of collecting winnings. I just like the Personal Challenge of Bettering my scores; although I won’t go for the Multi-Million Coin Games. No sense in that sort of Loss. However if the Winings could be Confirmed, I would LOVE to have that much in coins and would as the messages went, “Enjoy my Winings!” Might even spend more on Nonessentials.
Check the records, I did NOT Receive any winnings other than the Very First One, although I was told several times that I had Won Extremely Large Sums of Coins. I will continue to Patronize CW, because of other Personal Reasons, I LIKE Fun!
Thank You For Your Response, though. I have tried to send Requests Many times, but as I’m 75 years old; very possibly I did not quite follow the protocol correctly to get the message sent out. I used to build computers when Michael Dell was building them out of his garage in Austin and even taught Computer Science back in the 90s. Some Great Stories about those days. But that was Decades ago and Things change.
Gratitude Never Changes though and I’m Grateful For the Many Hours Spent at CW. We live up in the Northern Cascades of Washington so I’m unable to purchase Gems or VIP Membership or I would be there!
I seriously hope the fix works. Even refreshing the Winings Reported to me does NOT work. At this point I have MILLIONS in Unpaid Winings. I will attempt to add them up.
The TOTAL Amount of Winnings that I am Owed is 132,302,000 Coins. That Got My Attention Quickly! I could actually Make My Next Main Achievement!
I recommend that you check your records to confirm that total amount of winnings as I COULD be off by a few Million coins, one way or another, nut I simply added up what the Inbox said I won. The Sports Game was not included in this total.
