+the monument maker icon has disappeared … what happened ?

I still see the Monument Maker icon

do you have enough tier 1-6 buildings to make a monument?

This happens when you don’t have enough tier 1-6 buildings to make a monument. When you have enough buildings, the Monument Maker button will appear again.
