where did all my buildings go…it looks like I started all over again

Please click “Submit a request” at the top of the screen to contact Customer Service for account recovery.

In my cities, my monument maker icon is NOT there. I left a message with customer service. I HOPE it comes back SOON so I can make.

If you don’t have enough buildings to make a monument, the Monument Maker button will not appear in your City.

You need enough tier 1-6 buildings to see the Monument Maker button.
