this definitely is a submit a request time. I experienced a similar issue. It took a few days, but they did honor the purchase.

yea…we have an issue here too…we’ve bet 100,000 coins to play…et yet our winnings only amounted to less than half that ??? what happened there…??? where’s the logic in that??? don’t we get back our bet plus the winning total ??? itsa a no win no win kinda thing then???

I get frustrated when i beat a game and end up losing 25m as a result. Jewels of osiris is notorious for losing even though you beat the level. Another is getting free spins and not getting any coins for the spins, you’d think the free spins would give you back the amount you bet, anything less is a loss.
