I admit, I don’t know everything there is to know about this site and how thing work, but this one has me stumped. So, you get the challenge to win 2x your bet in bj 2 times. Easy enough…or is it. I always play 5 hands and I have figured out by now that you have to win 2 of those hands in a row at least to complete the challenge. Again…easy enough. Not so much. Quite often I win the 2 or more hands in a row, but still don’t complete the challenge. The best one was the other day when the dealer busted and I won all 5 hands free and clear…did not complete the challenge, didn’t even register a single win. So, BJ experts, is there something I am missing here or is this just another fun filled CW glitch that takes the fun out the games?
I think it means, if you play 5 hands at a time, then that is condsidered ONE game. I have that same issue when playing 5 hands for that 2x2 challenge and noticed the same thing.
I once thought that as well, but 90% of the time when I play 5 hands and win at least 2 of them in a row, i get the challenge complete, so that doesn’t seem to be the issue.
@NashRivers unless that was part of this week’s Monday update, playing 5 hands in a row, winning two of them in a row, always counted for the challenge. A hand is a hand.
I am sorry to say I have not experienced what you have listed. Whether playing 1 hand at a time or 5 hands at one time, once I won 2 in a row, it registered as Completed.
Was the challenge to win 2 hands in a row 2 times or to win twice your bet 2 times?
The challenge i am reffering to is winning 2x your bet, 2x in a row
It is the win 2x your bet in black jack 2 times challenge. There really is no rhyme or reason to what it does for me, especially when I win all 5 hands one time and don’t complete the challenge, but the next time, I win 2 of the hands in a row and challenge complete.
I would guess then it is because in CW only a straight 2 card Blackjack returns a 2-1 win, beating the dealer by being closer to 21 is an evens win
It counts as 2:1 because you bet $1 million, win $2 million for example
I know this won’t help much more than just to verify it works. I have played that challenge many times. When I play BJ, I always play single player and all five hands. Whether I end up with just those five hands or up to several splits, if I get two hands in a row that beat the dealer, I complete the challenge, whether those are the original or split hands and whether the dealer busts or just gets a lower hand than two of mine in a row. I hope you figure out what’s messing with your game, @Nightowl_Turner.
