I received the mail telling me to renew my VIP, but the button to renew shows a buy window with only the gems and deals tabs. I use the app on win10 and I’ve made purchases in the app, but don’t see why there is no membership tab. I reset the system, repaired the system, but not seeing any membership tab for renewal. I’m listed as a tourist with no ability to change anything about the status. just shows tourist with the help button explaining the tiers of service. Anyone know if this is an oversight or glitch or working as intended? Thanks for the advice
