You would need to click the “Submit a request” option in the upper right corner of the screen to receive direct assistance with recovering your account.

@Guest16452856 you have send them your info in a personal email, so only they see it, and they will respond back to you directly , instead of here on the forum, where players and all can see. Hope that helps… good luck. USE THE submit a request button at top right.
