@duke4855 I have had lots of issues lately but if I persist I do eventually get back in
have you had any success getting casino world to reload? was there any resolve with this issue? has anyone gotten ahold of customer support? if so how do i contact them?

@Eddi_Bets its been happening to me too. weird thing is, it does not happen on 7 seas!!! not sure what the answer is, but if you send any personal info, send it to the SUBMIT button top right… this area here is an open forum, for all to see!! Hope this helps…

No resolve to my issue of missing charms. I have been on here about 4yrs not on very often, and all the sudden all charms are gone, that’s crazy. I went to two parties last night about 2,000 pp and got charms none this a.m. where they go???

Had reload probs for the last 6 months had no help ,done everything they asked I have 13 billion coins been playing for over 980 days its never been this bad .sad to say thinking of leaving. if anyone knows if I can give my coins away ? so good luck
