Just wondering if there is a way to remove all, or individual whispers…?

There are some options in Settings @RoadGlide on the ‘Privacy and Sharing’ tab to choose between everybody or friends and further down on that tab an on/off option for persistent whispers with some information that indicates any whisper over 2 weeks old will be removed by the system
I don’t know if you can stop whispers altogether though

You can only choose to whisper with but you never need to respond to any.
Settings > Privacy & Sharing > Who Can I Whisper With > Everybody or Friends

If you dont want anyone to whisper you, go to your settings, (top right of game page) 2nd tab is privacy and sharing, and you can put NO (for friends to see me online) this means that unless they are in the same room they can not see you online and whisper to you. also the 2nd tab, under that, it asks who can whisper you, you can pick anyone or friends only.

Remember this! You can NEVER ERASE what you SAY to Players here! Whisper or any place else. Photos, Captures, Gossip and who knows? Just because you fix it so you can’t see it? They still can, LOL
