I like to minimize the number of spins. I decided to play 11 strips of 3, covering 33 numbers. Of course use only 3 balls. This makes the chance of winning:
33C3/38C3, about 65%.
If you can cover 35 individual numbers quickly, the chance of winning increases to 35C3/38C3, about 77.5%
I’m really going to have to think about this - it took me lord knows how many spins to work out that the return per ball was calculated on a third of the stake!!
Got there in the end and got my points - every day’s a school day 
I just rotate Black/Red, Odd/Even, and one of the 12 square sections.
Don’t play Roulette unless there’s a challenge.
I finished it by just betting Red over and over until I won.
