BTW, it would be better to wait till you get your treasure box speed up in the next few days before collecting your crowns just in case it’s a crown building.
VERY NICE! I just hit that same Crown level a few days ago and got 24K gems. Be interesting to see how that one pays out! 
With my recent 14 crowns added I got 4 buildings, 83,000 gems and 7 premium charms. Not a bad haul at all.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! First one is the hardest. They get easier now. Especially when your building your city as much as you can.
