Maybe it would be possible if the sites getting maintenance or add ons. we could get an inbox letting us know days or hours this work would be done, for those of us gaming, hosting or going into parties would be aware we may freeze or be poofed off site, this happens several times a week
I agree, warning would be appreciated, being thrown out of a game and losing coins by it is a very unwelcome situation
Updates to all of our games are released every other Monday around 11am-1pm PST. If a holiday occurs on our regular update day, it will occur the Wednesday after the holiday.
The last update was December 22, 2025, and the next update will be January 5, 2025.
Good to know your change control schedule. I would STRONGLY suggest/recommend that you consider changing the timeframe that you push out changes. You’re doing it during what I would think might be “Prime Time” (peak demand). It would seem to me that during non-peak hours would be a much more suitable and lower impact time to push out changes. I would think maybe between 9p-11p PST instead of 11a-1p PST. That would avoid a LOT of frustration and reduce the load on your servers because people wouldn’t be constantly breaking and having to reboot as much during peak load times. That and, of course, making sure you have thoroughly performed regression testing on changes prior to pushing out any changes.
