I have had this happen to me periodically.
Go to a Blitz Party w. a Full Party Meter. Party Fills, Initial Charms are given, Meter runs to Bust, but no other Party Prizes are given.
Here is a specific example - 06.10.25 0630 Local Time ArtIII Party
I know this is accurate bc the second Charm prize was Tea, and I dont have any Tea Charms in my Charms.

We would need to see screenshots of your rewards before and after the Charm Party. Be sure to refresh after the Charm Party.
Thats unreasonable - I have 25K Charms - open a bug report and investigate it.

Mine was doing that too for a while full meter no prizes
This is my 3rd time in 2 weeks with NO METER. I hosted a blitz party to try and get a Extravagant Leprechaun (Purple) and I only got what others toss. The others were smaller parties so I took it on the chin but this one really upset’s me but it was a good amount of passes and gems and I Got no rewards in return. I feel CW doesn’t want me to advance. 8 crowns in a row an no gems. a year ago gems was removed of the SOR game. Treasure Boxes with gems are less and fewer. The games i play are paying off less. Sorry but i have been on here for more than 6 years and 68 months in a row and I feel I have been a nice friendly addition to the CW family

Well that doesn’t seem fair. you want us to take screen shots before every party we attend just in case this happen. the other thing is a lot of us don’t now how to take a screen shot. like myself. now this has happen to me several times in my 6 years plus of being on cw. it’s just the first time i have complained about it. why can you see check the your data base. you have a record because you send me an email of all the parties, gems, coins and so on i collect each month. well, i guess i loose again. thank you for making me feel that i am a dishonest person.
The Monthly Gameplay Highlights emails take information directly from the Casino World servers that Customer Service does not have access to. We don’t have the ability to see Charms received from specific Charm Parties. This is why we request screenshots, so we can see exactly what you see.
OK, so now i have to take a screen shot of every party i go to so when this happens again i have proof because my word isn’t good enough. then i have to take another screen shot after the party for additional proof that i didn’t have a meter. But the odd thing about it is it showed on my screen we still needed 1 more person to join the party for the party to start. so i never knew the party started. since my party was a blitz it didn’t take long for the party to bust and i had to ask the others if the party started and does everybody have a meter. a few people said the party was over and there was no leprechaun but they got 375 gems. so I tossed a chopper for my guess because i didn’t want to be the only one that didn’t gift. If we have to take screen shots of each party before it starts so you believe us then maybe you should add a pre-party screen shot button option for us or maybe add a function to the program that takes automatically takes screen shots of every party before it starts because no where that i have seen on CW that says you require a screen shot as proof. is there any place that i can go and read up on the rules that explains the rules on matters like this so i am better informed. thank you for your time.
Hi Samantha, it just happen again. i hosted a blitz party and no meter. i got a screen shot of people tossing and it shows no meter. i got a screen shot of the party ended and it still show that i need more people for the party to start. the screen shots are in my phots
i don’t host many parties but now the last 2 i have i gotten no meter so now i can’t host if this keeps on happening to me
@jimbo2766, I was curious about this issue, so I went to check your photos, but there aren’t any there unfortunately. The process is a bit confusing - after taking a photo, you actually have to go to your profile and “purchase” it so it officially saves to your photos. From there, you can either email the photo to yourself to post here, or simply take a screenshot and paste it directly into the reply box in the forum.
Reasonable request. Has never happened to me and seems to be highly unusual.
I didn’t know that. i took 2 photo’s and i thought CW could see them and if i bought and cw didn’t approve then i would be out another 40 gems. This has happen to me twice. with in the pass 2 weeks. this has happen to me before but i never said anything about it. now when that challenge comes up to host and attend a party i’ll just switch it out.
