Other than making space, why would you turn buildings into monuments? For example, If I have 2 hotels, I have a chance of geting 2 prizes, whereas if I turn these 2 hotels into one monument, I only have a chance at 1 prize and they are both level 1 level prizes.
because you want as many lvl21 monuments ya can get, they give better prizes, look up Nightguys guide, it explains alot
