Curious who saves those special buildings earned from CW challenges, Milestones, and Crowns - or do you prefer to evolve them into larger buildings for your city?

I save mine, primarily for aesthetics. Rather than choosing to display all my monuments, I tend to keep my city full of buildings, trying to create neighborhoods and a “downtown”. It’s a work in progress LOL. I’m able to find a place that makes sense for most of them.

I do the same. I save my gifted/earned buildings because i can’t buy them back and like @Smiling_Jim said, I do it for aesthetics of my city. I have only been here since October, but as i am making and evolving my monuments, I am sub-working on imagining what my actual city will look like. It’s become like a little hobby now!

I’ve been here for about a year and a week and city building has turned into a hobby for me as well. I just enjoy watching the city grow as well as the rewards and coins

If they’re under a tier 8, I use them to evolve, otherwise I keep them.

I kept my Seaside Opera and also am keeping all Tiers of my Rare Crystals.

I have started keeping the ones I CAN NOT buy and using the ones I can.

i keep my houses from CW too 
I’m still very poor lol so I evolve everything for the time being. When I am more CW financially stable, I’ll probably save buildings that are nice looking to me

Thanks for the responses, both on this site and to my game Inbox! I decided to evolve some of the older & larger buildings that weren’t producing much any longer. So now I have three more L4 monuments that are producing well. I’m happy with my choice!
