how can i cancel vip status
Press the wheel icon in the upper left and you will “Settings”…go there, and you will see “Subscription”. It is there that you can cancel your membership. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the month. Meaning, you will still have VIP status until the end of the month and gain anything you make on the “Perks” section of your Challenges

Kathie…not all replies you recieve here are from “staff” members. Many regular players of the game will reply to posts. Don’t blame customer service for the wilted flower. Good Luck
