I live in the USA and I contacted a live person asking if I can get the euros converted to USA, but the response is they can’t change that.

So what happens if I purchase the euros from the USA? Do I take a chance and they will spot that I’m not from the Netherlands and make the correction? Or do I wait for the next half off gem in the future?
