There are four new buildings to buy. At 25,000 building bucks per gem, buying all four will cost 30,000 gems.

Would like to have more middle priced buildings (25-75M) to chose from, after all I am Dutch

This may change the building calculus. I usually build Tier 14 buildings to maximize 4 day HMP. A Tier 15 building (assuming the same 4 day HMP) would be better than a Tier 15 monument which only has a 2 day HMP. I see myself building Tier 15 buildings and later combine 7 of them with a tier 15 monument to get a Tier 21 monument.

Is it the case that a level 15 building has only previously been available to buy in the building shop to Crown level players?
No crowns get different buildings tier 16 to tier 18 as prizes, these 4 buildings in shop are available to all. I really don’t see myself spending that much more on buildings until I save up a lot more tokens to get then. Good luck everyone
