I was waiting for a blitz party to start and just when it was starting my screen froze yet AGAIN. It took my 2,850 passes and 2,850 gems but I did not get the prizes from the blitz party. I sure hope cw makes this right and returns my passes and gems because I am getting overly frustrated with all the issues on this site.

My party froze on me the other night as well. It was challenge party for me. I had to log out and back in. Got back in just under the gun! I didn’t lose anything bc i was able to get back in, but I would have been pretty upset if I couldn’t as it was a CW challenge and I would have had to wait another hour to host again and it was already past my bedtime.
@Bella_Vita1 Casino World only charges the entry fee and gems if the party is actually successful. If your screen froze before the party officially started, your passes and gems shouldn’t have been deducted.
Sometimes, if you freeze just a few seconds before the start, the system still counts you as logged in and will award you the charms anyway. Try refreshing your game - you should see the charms in your inventory if the party went through, or your original passes and gems still there if it didn’t.
