Played for a couple of months. Then starting building my city. After 10 days, I get a reward for sign in streak… Today I’m at 273 days straight and also just joined VIP. I have a couple of questions.
How on earth are people getting these extravagant and elaborate avatars? Customizing one costs so many avatar coins and I have just inched up to my current one spending what I had to change. Can all the avatars in my “inventory” so to speak be added up like building a monument in my city? How do I be able to create my own personal avatar??
I’m at the end of my road. So when I move forward I will see the rewards across the street as well?
I have learned so much and know so much about the tricks of the trades as they say, I actually have learned a couple of money making tricks. 
Gaining charms trick would like any comments, advice, suggestions… Glad to be here 
A lot of users have been here for a long time, and thus, have aquired many Avatar Tokens. We get them through the reward path mostly and if your a VIP, you will get more of them. It’s a matter of saving them up. When I first joined 18 months ago, i saw the amazing avatars and realized I will need to save a lot of avatar tokens and can do so by becoming a VIP.
It takes time. I saw the more experienced and high earning players as a goal to achieve myself. After being here 18 months this month, i am now at Crown 7.
Read through the forums. There are many topics on how to advance.

You can purchase avatar credits when you move to finalize your custom avatar. You can also use gems to pay for an avi upgrade.

Thank You!! Explains a lot. So, all those “inventory” avys are worthless when I will never use them again LOL… I should have stuck with the original one given to me and just collected the avy coins.

18 months would be longer if I actually built my city right away but whatever.
Learning tricks along the way was also helpful.
At first, I felt deceived of Party Passes which is now something I depend on
I collected those to over 4,000 before I learned I didn’t need the same gem amount to counter.
Playing slots, you can just sit in a room and collect bonus charms when people are offered to double their hit and get 2 for 1 charms. Sitting in the room, even not playing, you can collect those.
Working the charms on the games you choose is up to you, but slots are the biggest wins
I love playing Jewels Of Osiris. There is an area I learned how to big bucks bigtime

My city division is also very confusing because my city is way bigger and better that it says is the 1st place?
Party Passes are the biggest reward when you attend and find big time spenders on charms.

When i first started here in November 2024, I read a LOT of advice from Muddy Waters, Night Guy and many other long term players about how to get ahead. I followed their advice about building my city as my priority. ALL gems went into buying buildings for my city (City Hotels L6 at 50 gems each) and I would turn them into L1 monuments. Then, gradually evolving them into higher ones. This took time. Every party pass went into Unicorn Grab-N-Go parties. I used those for Mahjong at first because it was zero risk and full profit. Slowly, my coins built. I stayed away from most slots as they are never a good source of coins in the long run. My city was my focus and the more I built, the more gems, party passes, charms and coins I was making.
I always made sure to keep my HMP (Honey Moon Period where buildings and monuments pay the most) This is usually for 3-4 days after purchase or evolving. every 3 days i would buy and evolve the ones from the past 3 days.
Doing this, allowed me to become VIP for life 13 months after joining and my first crown 3 weeks after that.

Read all you can about city-building in this forum section and pay attention to Muddy and Night Guys advice…they helped me a LOT!

How did you see that I’m crown level 7?? what does that mean? When I go to my city’s division level, I’m nowhere to be found and the leader is so lame. Nothing there. How does the city division work and advance beyond what it is saying I’m in? Another confusing thing for me… I do have 5 level 7 tier buildings and working on that, but I am confused about seeing exactly what I am and who I am LMAO!!

On the contrary. I admit I have done a grab n go. Buy in and just collect. But I also do participate with charm purchases. In fact, I have been the one to push parties further along. Even been the one to bust it. I do this when I am able to. Now that I’m VIP my gem inventory allows me to return or match others. So no, I don’t just show up, collect and leave. I also will wait and see if others are there to spend or collect. If people start that meter going quickly, I do add to it. But if nobody makes a move, I won’t either.

Before you rush to judge, you should learn something about people before you judge. I DO participate in parties, I just go to Grab-n-go because its easier. I still give charms there as well. Strategy is a personal choice, not a community approval. MANY people here only go to Grab-n-go, and they do well!
Oh my gosh, I"m not judging anyone!! Each individual has their own methods and habits. I’m just observant of what others do.
