@Samantha Hi Samantha. When is the 30,000 coin cost removed from your player coin total when you setup a party? Immediately, once the party starts or after the 2am (central time) when the server resets the new day on the game?

But to answer your question, the Gems or party passes are removed upon completion of the party, but from what I understand, the 30,000 is removed immediately as it is a separate “Fee” to host a party and put your party into the “arena” so to speak.
The 30,000 Coins are taken immediately.
