After the latest high roller buildings dropped a couple or so months ago I bought each of them as I earned enough gems to get one at a time. I thought that when I got the Volcanic Factory that it didn’t seem to pay out as much as the Midnight Circus building that I had bought a couple of weeks before. So now I saved up enough gems to buy both of them together and do a side-by-side comparison, and I was right! When I collected coins from my buildings and both of these paid out coins at the same time I found that the Volcanic Factory only pays out at about 76% of the Midnight Circus. 4.1 to 3.1 million coins after 30 minutes, 12.3 to 9.5 million after 180 minutes, 17.2 to 13.1 million after 4 1/2 hours. and so on and so on. Over a week the difference has been well over 100 million coins, and over the life of the buildings, who knows. Now I’m saving up enough gems to do all four level 15 building side by side to see which one pays out highest.
Thank you for sharing your findings. Always interesting to learn more about building payouts along with what they produce in green box rewards. I just started tracking what I get from the green box on these buildings (started tracking Sep 6 so not much sample just yet). I have 2 of each and they were all bought between Aug 5 and Aug 24.
1st Casino Satellite bought has produced 3 GB, Surfboard and 2 Blue Tonic : 2nd Casino Satellite bought has produced 1 GB, Surfboard : 1st Golden Airship has produced 2 GB, 1 Gold Playing Card, 1 Blue Tonic : 2nd Golden Airship has produced 2 GB, 1 Gold Playing Car, 1 Blue Tonic : 1st Inverted Pyramid has produced 1 GB, Gold Playing Card : 2nd Inverted Pyramid has produced 0 GB : 1st Midnight Circus has produced 2 GB, 31 Gems, Blue Tonic : 2nd Midnight Circus has produced 0 GB : 1st Mysterious Island has produced 1 GB Gold Playing Card : 2nd Mysterious Island has produced 1 GB Gold Playing Card
I decided to do this test on level 8 buildings as well and see if this is true across all levels of monuments and it seemingly is. On level 8 the Snowman pays out the highest. I’m going to have to test this out across all buildings. Unless somebody already has.
I have tested Many! The HMP is Longer and Shorter for Buildings. But in the END the ALL Level out and pay the Same. 
I found the same thing happened to me … my Volcanic Factory didn’t pay out as much as my Midnight Circus. I got the Airship and Satellite Casino buildings first, and I wasn’t paying a lot of attention to the payouts back then. Any thoughts about those?

Steve - Are there really HMPs anymore? I used to get payouts within hours of getting a new building or by the next day. Now I’m lucky to get payouts 3 days later. I buy at least 1 Tier 13+ building every day - most are not paying out much of anything until days later. Also, payouts of gems and PPs are less than they used to be - at least that’s what I think.
i agree, gem payouts are WAYYYY less, i see mabey 2 flaming boxes a day at best, and 50% of those are just coins or a charm. I had 1 flaming lightning box this whole month and ill bet i open at least 750-1000 boxes each month. i have no issue getting party passes. They are always up lol which is good. As for the HMP, thats always all over the place for me no matter what i build lol. Ive built 10 t6 and got a hell of a lot more goodies then when i built 20 t7/8. Its just luck as far as i can tell but w/e. i still love it lol. GL
