Decrease in number of green box city rewards - Update or Bug?

Or at least since these decorations are bought, they should return some value just like buildings. In actuality the way they are designed, they are taking up the same space as a large building.

Do you currently have many buildings in storage? When you’re viewing your prizes, are you basing this off the message of “You have X number of prizes to collect” after you’ve collected your Coins? This will help our teams test for the issue.

Thank you and yes, I mainly go by the notification at the top of the screen. I do have stuff in storage as well over 1/2 my city there…none of the party venues or my 80 lions are giving me green boxes. Lions are in HMP… its been random for the last 3 days.

Good morning, Samantha

I hope this issue is being corrected and soon. I am losing income from my city daily. It is going on almost a week now; I’m cheated out of 5k passes and 1.5-2k gems a day. So far in total this has caused me to lose out, I am missing 35k passes and 10-14k gems. I host parties every night and I’m not able to do that now. City isn’t giving since I’ve added this decor, Low charms is what I am getting most of. I do have photos of the last few times on my profile in game.
Is there any way to get this back? Will CW reimburse me what I’ve lost please?
