Once upon a time we used to get many thousands of gems in our treasure boxes. Yes from our monuments. Whatever happened to those days of opening a TB and getting 6-8k of gems? Now only 1k gems! Why? Why are monuments not paying out those gems like they used to?? While I appreciate the 1k gems, it’s hard to build more monuments from 1k gems! C’mon CW! Please.

I completely agree, @Flower_Power. Back when DG and I started, the payouts from Treasure Boxes were so generous that we could afford to bust a Tier 7 party (like 5x or 10x Unicorns) every single day, sometimes twice without blinking! We could build our city and still have enough passes to run 4 parties daily for the entire year, not just on weekends. If a party didn’t bust, we could easily afford to drop a few Yachts just for fun.
Over the years, however, we have seen multiple ‘nerfs.’ Passes were cut by 50%, and gems have been halved roughly four separate times. We eventually reached a point where we could only afford to run parties during the final 2 or 3 weekends (not 7 days, only 2 days of the week) of the month. I remember explaining to our group of uni lovers that we had to downgrade tossing from Yachts to Diamond Heists, then to Choppers… and eventually down to Champagnes, saving ‘busts’ and large charms for special occasions only.
It is frustrating because we love being generous and enjoy the social aspect of dropping charms. It’s fun and helps everyone progress quicker, but the game economy has tightened up significantly. Ultimately, Casino World is a business, and while we can voice our frustration, we mostly just have to adapt and play the hand we are dealt.
Just for reference, back then we were getting over 1.5 million in passes and 250,000 in gems every month just from the Treasure Boxes.

What are you averaging now in comparison?
I truly believe that if gem prices were more affordable, sales volume would skyrocket. For example, offering 117,000 Gems for $125 instead of $500 would attract far more buyers. If the price was closer to $100 for 100,000 Gems, even I would consider purchasing regularly. It’s better to have 20 people buying at $125 than just one person buying at $500.

@Rendar I don’t have the organized data I used to keep - I’m currently sitting on over 70,000 screenshots of Treasure Box rewards that I haven’t had time to process!
However, this month marks the first time in ~4 years that my main account completely ran out of passes. It has reached a point where a second account is necessary just to sustain 12 parties (with overflows) per month. Whether it is another recent ‘nerf’ or just the high volume of overflows draining the stash remains unclear.
Current estimates suggest an average of 400k-700k Passes and 15k-25k Gems per month. Gem boxes typically appear every 1 to 2 days.
Keep in mind, direct comparisons are difficult because older ‘grandfathered’ accounts might have different odds. This data comes from a large city with maxed-out treasure boxes. For instance, new accounts only get ~10 Blackjack resets, whereas older accounts still get 20 a month.

Interesting. That’s a rather large decline. Do you recall if during that time span the price of gems has ever changed or has it remained the same throughout the years? I’ve been following the guide you posted pretty closely and sticking to box #1 mostly. But the lack of flaming lightning and bubbling lightning boxes is starting to make me consider chasing regular flaming and regular bubbles into boxes 2 & 3 more often? Just not getting any gems or passes because never see the other two.
good to know about grandfathered accounts. I might have lucked out there as I actually made my account way back in like late 2020/early 2021 but just started playing seriously.
many people from multible sites 7 Seas, Casino World, Vegas World are all getting the same error message and unable to log in properly, been over a week of this for some of us

I also do not get lightning with flames very often. Last time it was 20 days between getting this one. I will take a 1 hour or 2 hour box if it has flames hoping it will produce gems, though it does not very often. Usually a Luckiest 7 or Mystic Ruby (but I like those also). But I figure it is worth trying since on a short box with smoke it is coins almost all the time with an exception once in a while that this one give passes or gems. But it does seem to be an exception. Maybe CW computer gets sentimental for me and gives gems. LOL

Lightning with flames is VERY rare as far as i can tell, and when i do get it i get 1k gems at best, no matter the time, and regular flames give me a charm 80% of the time, so hell no CW does not give the same amount of gems these days lol. It’s clearly not even close. Whats funny is 1k gems is really sweet F all lol. But thats just the way it is sadly lol. GL

Hello @Rendar, the Gem prices have remained exactly the same. I agree with you, CaptainCrow, and PB234 about the lack of lightning boxes lately, but I personally wouldn’t recommend switching strategies. I am sticking to the Brown Boxes because the faster turnover pays off in the long run. If you chase Box 2 or 3, you often end up stuck waiting hours for a result that isn’t worth the time (unless you are taking a long break). I’d say stick to the volume game - but of course, play however makes the game fun for you! The best strategy is whatever works for your own pace.

Oh i’m gonna stay the course lol, it’s worked so far, just seems cheap when ya do a 4/8hr flaming lightning box and get 650 gems lol.It’s very frustrating but i’ve learned that you have to take the good with the bad and just keep grinding and have fun!!!

I agree with @Night_Guy I always go for the brown boxes unless I see Lightning/Bubbles or Lightning/Flames on the other boxes. I got a Golden 7 on the brown box, and tried the 4 hour Blue Box and yup….same charm! Unless I am out somewhere, i will choose the longer box, but strategy suggests that i go for the quicker boxes unless they are Passes or Gems guaranteed.
Lately, i have rarely seen the Lightning/Bubble TB’s. I have had only a couple Lightning/Flames.
