This ended up being rather lengthy though that is not how I started it out. I also did not post this to get a lot of plying on, so if that happens, I am sorry. But I wanted to write this from the perspective of a somewhat new player who is still learning the intricacies of this game and finally starting to progress enough that I was feeling better when higher rewards were seen.
I guess fortunately for me I never had the Gems in SOR. I started playing in 2022 so missed out on that. I also missed out on the Willie Nelson buildings which CW stopped supporting because they did not want to pay the price anymore. They were there when I started but obviously I did not have the Gems needed to buy them before poof they were gone.
But what I will say is by regularly reading from fellow players that perks keep getting removed or reduced, it is quite disheartening to a still young CW player. I have been working diligently in building my city and my total coin total based on feedback and help topics from higher level players that this is a key to progressing in the game. So you remove what were considered the best buildings and you reduce options to obtain free Gems. Yes you can purchase them, but sometimes income prevents that in today’s world.
It also seems you have reduced the amount of Party Passes which players used to get. Again, I cannot speak so directly to this since I was not far enough in the game to have seen large numbers until more recently. I thought I was getting somewhere since I was getting more than ever, but maybe it is not the same level it used to be.
If you read this CW, it might be good to take into consideration the negative feedback and find some possible avenues to change these feelings. I know you added new Tier 14 and 15 buildings today, but these are only possible for those high level players who have Gems to spend. You also added some expensive charms High Rollers to buy when hitting a Big Win or Mega Win, but again at 2,000 to 4,000 that is a little extreme in cost.
I would like to offer a couple ideas for consideration which might help with some of the negative feelings occurring:

why not combine 2 specific bonus options on the same day? The ones I am referring to are the Double Gems purchase and purchase a Gem package or VIP Membership. If these were on the same day, I am sure it would tempt more people to buy Gems since they would get their double Gems purchase plus they would then get entered into a drawing to win $1 Billion coins and 10 Golden Chalice charms. That puts money in your company and gives a player hopes of a nice bonus for purchasing Gems.

develop some new buildings in the Tier 6-9 levels which are as cool as some of the higher tier you have come out with. Those who cannot buy the higher tier buildings still want some cool new ones in their city.

add some additional chances to win Building Bucks with a little higher value in SOR since Gems were removed. Or maybe add some buildings as a reward. I’m sure high level players might not care about buildings, but here again the newer or lower level player would like a chance at getting them. It can be lower tier buildings for Bronze spins, medium tier for Silver spins and higher tier for Gold spins.

I also agree that Crown Levels should be the same for everybody just like Milestones are. It would provide more mental incentive if you knew what you were actually playing for in reaching your next Crown. While a mystery prize can be fulfilling if you think that random mystery award is valuable, the opposite can occur that you are disappointed if that mystery award is not as valuable in your mind.

As I said, I am not taking the time to type this all out for it to end up being a ply on CW article. I personally don’t care if no one comments as long as you read it. I just felt from what I hear that the negative feelings could use some attention.
