So, I just created ANOTHER tier 23 monument several days ago. And still no gems in my TB’s! Why? I now have 6 Tier 23 monuments and haven’t gotten any gems in my TB’s since, before Thanksgiving! Where’s the motivation? So, I am asking CW one more time to please fix my city. It seems broken. Why is CW not giving me gems since before Thanksgiving? And everytime I post about this, I get blocked. Please don’t block me. Just fix my city. Please! TYSM!
@Flower_Power it has been my experience that new higher value buildings are more likely to get me gems in a treasure box than evolving monuments to the higher value ones. The higher ranked monuments get me more valuable charms or higher coin counts.
That said my city is nowhere near being maxed out which may make the difference
I have 5 T23’s and get gems regularly from my TB’s and my T23’s. It has a LOT to do with the other buildings in your city. I keep my city active, and adding buildings every 3 days while evolving in the same rate. This keeps my HMP active and allows my TB’s to pay out well. Over the last several days, I have been getting 1.7K and upwards of 2.8K in gems several times now. The more higher tier buildings you add to your city, the more effect it will have on your TB payout. 6 T23’s alone will not be enough.

I am trying that! Thank you! It will take me a while to purchase higher tier buildings. As I have decided to NOT give CW anymore of my money. So, over time, yes, that’s what I’m gonna do. thank you!
