What is the point of throwing a no host party?

I don’t know either but I have seen somewhere on this forum that the charms awarded (if it is successful) count towards the party charms achievement for the person who sets up the party.

The Host must attend to get those credits.

They think they are doing some kind of “Community Service”. But all they are really doing is taking a slot from a Host that wants to Attend. I personally think it is Mostly unnesessary.

Been here awhile and , some want others to be able to get charms and the host may or not be available. There are many members and many parties at same time, people go where they want to go. I have viewed many beer , unicorn and mushrooms at same time and went to the one i chose..We are not on the same schedule or time.. Which makes it good for all..

You want to hear a whopper I sent someone a message & told them to go to help & read about NO HOST Parties because her & her friend where posting them. So her reply was ..I know I don’t get anything but I was doing this because my treasure boxes have bigger prizes when I have these parties. Especially passes. We get over 1k passes. That is the reason we do it. Talking about an idiot or 2 of them. OMG!

I saw one today, it was a party buster and the description said ‘No host GNG VIPs only’ - if you aren’t showing up yourself why care about who does?

Exactly…when they set up party, they hit the VIP only button. Like you said Why is they are showing up LOL these people have NO clue. LOL I saw a few of those parties.

When I put on a party, I always attend them. It makes sense that a host should be there! It’s polite and the proper form when throwing a party. Also, it helps others see that i care about them attending. I greet them, make little jokes now and then, and make the party feel like a small social gathering. I also enjoy the social banter!
BTW, …ALL my parties are Pony Parties, as i find these charms to be the ultimate one

Crazy as it my sound? When I was After My “VIP Life”, I had PonyParties LIKE CRAZY, Chasing thoses Xtra Host Charms! 
For an Instant, I became Convinced CW was giving me More Passes to have My Parties? LOL! 
BUT I Attended 99% and Crazy Things happened when I could not. 
There are a LOT of Super Fast Charm Parties OLD Players have Day after Day every day— Bats_ Jymbo, CP, Boomer. Mushrooms_LA 13 and Others after these! BlueTonic(TheBestValueCharm)Here_PJ, Dawn n Pete, Martin!
When I want Charm I Value, I can Get It!

There is no value in Hosting a Party and not Attending. Trying to be NICE can actually be MEAN?
