Hello, this is DogMom and Yoshi, I am at a party on 01/20/26 at 3:12 pm where not only am I here alone, but JOHN RELICHUNTER isn’t here either. I cannot invite friends nor can I leave the party. There isn’t even a charm counter listed at the top. Name of the party is JOHN RELICHUNTER’S RUSTIC FARMHOUSE. Why has this party popped up for me to attend is beyond me. I expect to be reimbursed for my party tickets, however this isn’t the first time this has happened. I have a copy of my correspondence. Thank you.

Hello @DogMom, I am so sorry you had such a lonely experience at that party! It’s definitely confusing when you end up in a room by yourself.
There is a possibility that you ended up in an ‘overflow’ room or perhaps entered through a party menu that hadn’t refreshed yet, making it seem like a party was active when it had actually ended.
The good news is that your passes or gems are not deducted until a party actually fills up and begins, so you shouldn’t be missing any passes or gems. However, if you feel there was a mistake, I’d recommend clicking the Submit a request link at the top of the page so the support team can double-check your account for you.
