Jimee, what happens (if anything) if you don’t cash out your coins/green boxes “thrice daily”? And yes, totally agree with you about the TBs, especially when getting over 100mm coins at times, it’s quite fun!

My theory for myself is have fun first playing different games, Then attempt to become a lifer, then just relax its supposed to be fun not a mastermind game of trying to be the highest, the most or the best at any of it.I use my city also to relax I make it artwork, not even thinking how to get the most pay back, that to me is too stressful ,no fun. I share as much as I can when I get gems most of the time from my city only using half for myself, but everyone does their own thing here advice is greatly appreciated, Happy gaming ev1

Papa meester. Frankly, I have only skipped the thrice daily coins/prizes collection only a few times. Some have said if I wait to collect, I will collect more. I don’t subscribe to that.
If I collect once a day, it will have to yield 3 times as much to be even. If I collect once in 2 days,it will have to yield 6 times to be even. I strongly doubt the coin yield will increase that much if I waited. As for the prizes from the buildings,if they are charms,the only charms from the T21s are Holiday Wine or Gold Card. Here is where we know that waiting is not worthwhile because they never pay a higher charm or 3X charm,it’s always just one charm. It should come as no surprise that this program rewards those who spend a lot of time on it

Well, It is not the Coins that are the Issue when Collecting from Your City. I get the same Amount from (8) of my L3s as you get from (1) of your L4s every day! The Issue Players need to know about is “City Collecting” as it Relates to the Green Prize Boxes! 
This is especially true for Players that have VIP Subscription and Tourist who do not or can not Buy Gems! 
The GoldCard/Wine Charms can appear on the L3s after 22Hrs and the L4 at 8Hrs (Trusting Jimee Info). So, (8) L3s (The Value of 1 L4) has a Chance of (8) Green Prizes and the (1) L4 has the Chance of 3 (8Hr Collect) every day? I personally like 8 better than 3! 
Also, Once you Build that L4, you are Obligated to go to a 8Hr Collect if you want to take advantage of its possibilities! And ALL of the other Building Prizes in your City will drop because they do not have Time to Accumulate.
The L4/T21 Monuments are NOT “Super Power” Magical Buildings! According to NG the Odds af getting Gems/Passes from them are about 20:1 per Green Prize! 
That is pretty bad odds if you ask me, LOL. 
I personally do not care about getting Gems/Passes from My City. Those Amounts are nothing compared to the Amounts from my TBs! I use Small Buildings to Evolve Constantly for the HMP up to the L3/T15 and KEEP them because I like to Collect Daily and get Lots of GoldCard/Wine Charms to Help with MS/Crowns! 
It is going to take Most of us Non-Gem Buyers YEARS for our Cities to = 50L4s(4,000,000) Gems much less 200L4s(16,000,000) Gems! Comparing Apples to Oranges is a Useless conversation. 
We are ALL Free to have FUN!!! in our own ways, but having INFORMATION to make decisions is Great! 
PS- I can Evolve my MANY L3s into L4s any time I Please! But once you Evolve to that L4…THE END!

Is it worth talking about how many coins the L4s produce vs L3s? What about the Treasure boxes throughout the day/night? Or does that not even matter? Of course, trying to hold all things equal to the extent that we can!

I Think…Your TB “Mainly” cares about the Value of Your City Buildings in terms of Gems. As the “Gem Value” of your City Increases, So does the Prizes from your TB. Your TB does NOT care about Tier Level of the Building, ONLY its Value in Gems. DayNight is meaningless.
Per CW, Pertaining to COINS on Our City “Collect”! WE are ALL =, LOL!
So, During the HMP (NEVER Mentioned in CW Guides), You get LOTS of Coins on your L4 Evolve for 2Days! After That, My (8) “Static” L3/T15s get the same Coins as Your (1) “Static” L4/T21, Every Day, No matter the “Collect” Time! 
That’s what CW says, So WE All have to TRUST that INFO, Right?
Like I said Above, It is the “GIFTS” (Per CW) “Green Gift Boxes” that is “My Key” to the “Production” of My City! The Bigger the Building, The Bigger the “Gift”? Right? The L3/T15 gives those To Me Daily! The Greatest “Gift” is a GoldCard Charm! It is a FAST 8M Coins, LOL! 4M MedPour Wine 2nd! Gems/Passes? Who Cares? Per NG…
So, You need to get 80Gems/Passes=1GoldCard or 40Gems/Passes=1Wine? Right? On your L4s…And you got to Collect 3X8Hrs Every Day Chasing them at 20:1 Odds (Previous Post)! No Thanks! I get my Gems/Passes from my TB, TYVM! LOL!
I do not have to do ANY “City” Calculations Here. CW does it ALL for me! All I have to do is “LOOK” Around “Me” on the City Rankings Before/After I Collect! I know the HMP and the “False” Placements it Creates on The City Rankings, LOL! That is Part of the FUN!!!
Stevesunset , If you say your L3s can yield Holiday Wine after 22 hours, then it’s definitely good with charms and may be the only thing good about L3s. So, you only collect once every 22 hrs,and if the L3s are paying coins or passes or gems in that 22 hour period, these don’t increase as if you collect after 8 hours. The odds of getting passes/gems from any monument, not just L4s ,are way better than 20:1. Every 8 hours, you will see that every building ( including party buildings) in your city has coins. If you see 100M coins in your L4, that means there’s no green prize underneath, If you see 100 coins in your L4,that means there’s a green prize underneath. When you open the green prizes, it’s either charms or passes or gems, evenly at 33% of the time. If charms,it’s either Holiday Wine or Gold Card. If passes or gems, it’s usually 188 or 270 from each L4 building, compared with 9 or 11 from an L3. With sufficient L4s, the city buildings are a more abundant and reliable source of gems/passes than the TB

Completely agree with you, Jimee…since moving my L3s to L4s (and continued expansion) the yield from my city AND treasure boxes has been amazing. Great amount of 5 clover charms like mystics, 7s, apples, green jars (still collect wine/gold cards, maybe not as many), a great amount of passes (thousands), a tonnage of coins, and even gems (have collected over 2,500 just today alone). So far, so happy, I suppose that’s all that matters at the end of the day. But I will close in saying this; if a city full of L3’s was the best way to go, then that’s all that we would see. Cheers,

The topic of Advance City Building Discussion has been beneficial for me! I appreciate all the different viewpoints.
Personally, I am enjoying the challenge of evolving to as many Tier 15s as possible. I got my 3rd Tier 15\Large Monument this morning and obtained two Gold Cards when I collected after a little under 24 hours.
I also advanced to MS 54 today. So it’s been a good morning!

This may be my favorite topic to follow, as so many good questions and so much sincere advice is being offered. A HUGE shoutout to those who consistently share their guidance and viewpoints. It has certainly made navigating CW more fruitful and enjoyable. And in the end, I think it’s much like life–it’s not about the destination, but about the journey!

LOL, YES, Buying Gems and BIG Buildings to Evolve L4s using the HMP will give you an “Imaginary” Advance! But, if you can not continue that kind of Investment, you will go back to where you belong!
I have the ONLY HIGH Ranking City Populated with ALL L3s and CrownBuildings! I am a LEADER not a Follower! I can do my own MATH and Make My Own Decisions! I can Learn and Guide Myself! I see the TRUTH, not the Exaggrerations and Mistakes in the Information of Other Players!
There are 2 Types of Buildings/Monuments!
#1 – A Building/Monument that is Under the Influence ot the HMP!
#2 – A Building/Monument that is NOT!
The HMP Reward for Buying a Building here is 4Days? And on a Monument Evolution is 2Days? I can find NO INFO Directly from CW concerning this Reward, but I see it Exist when I Collect Coins!
I consider My Buildings/Monuments that are PAST the HMP Days are “Normalized”! Basically, They are going to give me “Whatever” they are going to give me “FOREVER”, UNLESS I EVOLVE THEM?
City Building is SO SIMPLE, 100 Gems at a time!
Use (2)T6 Building to Build L1(T7) Monument.
Use(9)of those L1(T7) Monuments to EVOLVE another L1(T7) Monument!
This will give you a L2(T10) Monument! Repeat (9) Above and Evolve this L2(T10) into a L3(T15) Monument!
Your TB will Reward you and Soon you will be Buying T7Buildings(100Gems) to Speed your process! Then sets of (1)T9/(2)T8s for MORE Speed!
Know THIS!!! TRUST the INFO CW Provides us! Do NOT TRUST Exaggerated/Emotional Info a PLR provides against CW Info!
I DO NOT CARE what any PLAYER here says about HOW “Magical and Powerful” their L4(T21) Monuments ARE! YES, During the HMP, CW Rewards them “Hansomely”! After THAT! (8) of my L3s give me the SAME as they get (If they Collect every 8Hrs). If they do not collect every 8Hrs, My L3s are MORE Productive?
I am NOT a GEM BUYER! I cant afford them! I would rather Eat and have Electricity! You CAN have MORE Success here if you BUY! But, Time will Tell ALL!

In my case there are aesthetic issues involved. I’ve upgraded buildings I liked the look of. I WANT L4 monuments. Not everything needs to be governed by an economic Gem guideline..
