Not for me. Only happens on High to Low or Newest

I want High to Low 99% of the time. With Low to High, I’d still have to scroll down to get to my bats, 7s, and rubies. Extra steps! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
In some things, workarounds are great, but in this case, I believe it shouldn’t be necessary.

An update was released today to set the Charm Manager to save your sort preference.

With the next update on December 8, 2025, previously equipped Charms will appear at the top of the Charm Manager. Used up Standard Charms will show at the bottom of the Charm Manager.

If you prefer the original view, the Clovers: High to Low option functions the same way as before.

Thank you @Samantha We appreciate your letting us know what is happening, as well as the team getting the issue resolved with it always defaulting to the “Newest Charm” setting.

That is a great help for those of us who like to load many, many charms at a time.

Will look forward to the next update on Dec 8th.

Ok, just checked the charm manager and it will not save my preference. I went in, changed it to “High to Low”, left the charm manager, and when i went back in it again defaulted to “Newest Charms” once again :frowning:

If this is like the bank, any changes will take place EOD (end of day) processing. We get to be patient and see when and how it’s changed back. Thank you, @Samantha for passing this along.

I’ve been logged out for a while but the charm manager is defaulting to High to Low for me so perhaps it takes effect on a reload of the game (just guessing)

I had to log out of CW and log back in for the charms to be displayed High to Low again.

@Samantha Thank you, (and the programmers) so much for hearing us and working to change the default so quickly. Now I and my OCD will try to patiently wait for the next update period for the flow of charms to be reverted back to the way it was.

Thank you @Samantha for the update. I am now saved as High to Low, as before.

However, I want to load certain charms on certain games, and we’re still charm chasing. I hope what you said about the Dec 8th update means it goes back to the way it was. We all appreciate your hard work and feedback.

So far, the only workaround I’ve found is to sort by High to Low or Low to High first to identify the charms you want, and then switch the sort to Alphabetical. Once you find them in the alphabetical list, the charm stacks won’t shift around when you load them.

Unfortunately, it feels like a step backward. Asking for a quicker way to load a single charm seems to have resulted in a process that is actually more difficult.
