@0_0_PUA, I’m so sorry about your crew experience. This is why I think we should know who the public crew owners and members are prior to joining. I realize that may not be beneficial to new players, but anyone who’s been here awhile probably has a list of people they trust to be fair and honest, and another list for those who aren’t. Even if they don’t know the owner personally, they can at least check out their profile before deciding to join their crew.
Since the crew owner has a lot of power over the members, i.e. to kick them out for no reason if they feel like it, players especially deserve to know who the owner is before joining. Sorry but I did mention in my first post in this topic that there will be drama, and this is just the first of many dramas to come .
@0_0PUA That’s awful. The whole point of the Crews is to work cooperatively, having fun. It shouldn’t matter what level you are. The experienced players can help the newer players and we can all contribute at whatever level we are at.
I started a ladies invite crew because I wanted a place where women feel safe and we can just have fun. We have women from Crown 95 to Milestone 43. Just friends inviting friends.
How long does one of these Crew ventures last? For instance is it completed or ends in 1 day? Does it continue until all accomplishments are completed and then you would start a new Crew? Or does it just go on in infinity?
Also, I see reference to various things in the title or information relating to a subject. But this does not necessarily mean that is the only game you are playing does it? Is it just for informing people interested as to who the Owner thinks might be of the same interest. For instance I saw some mention Dice Lovers which I believe would be reference to the game Liar’s Dice. Or Bats. So people who like to go to Bat parties on a regular basis.
hello… the Crew owner can start a crew at any time site is offering “Crews”.. so far there are 2 events showing..the 1st being the COIN RUSH and that is active to participate in until the 30th of Aug.. and then there is a 2nd showing of PARTY SPREE! that starts the 30th.. many crew groups are completing the 1st goal in 1 or 2 days and then going into the optional Stretch Goal of up to 588,800,000,000 coin/charms as a group… the payout for the 1st COIN RUSH is at the end of it and you have to be a crew member at that point to earn the rewards that the group gained.. i what i was told..but, not sure if correct.. also told that this is a limited time activity but, they did not know if there would be other goals added to the two currently showing and the 2nd does not say an end date (at least yet).. and as for the names.. the owner has to share a name for their crew and so many are using things linked to them as party host, or their likes, or what they think might attract others to join them.
To see the members, you have to become a member, which, from what I’m reading, can be a little disenchanting for some people. Check out your friends when they are online. See what crews they are in and find out if they like the one they chose. It is a great indicator as to whether you will be happy there as well. Have fun, K
