New buildings do produces more green prizes within the 6 hours period if you collect the coins before the 6 hours.
Newer buildings can actually produce more green prizes within that 6-hour window if you collect the coins before the full 6 hours have passed. Older buildings will always default to their base payouts - they won’t go any lower than that over time. For example, a Level 4 (T23) Monument pays a minimum of 8.5M Coins, 85 Passes, or 85 Gems - or alternatively, 100 coins plus a holiday wine or golden playing card every 6 hours.
Any buildings purchased or rewarded within the last 4 days are in the “honeymoon period” (HMP), which provides an extra reward boost before they transition to those standard base payouts.
